A 30-Day Practice for Cultivating Mindfulness
Welcome to Living with EASE. I'm excited to have you here! This 30-Day Practice is designed to develop self-leadership through mindfulness—the ability to create and control your inner experience, orienting actions and thoughts toward your ideal.
Here’s what you’ll want to do now to make the most of this positive habit practice:
- Bookmark this page. This will be our home page throughout the practice, and it will have all the information you need.
- Watch the daily video. You can watch the video of the day below, where it comes up automatically, or click the play button in the calendar. You'll find the weekly theme videos in the overview tab above.
- Read the daily actions. Click on the day to see the associated tasks.
- Track your progress. It's satisfying to savor your accomplishments. Print and use this calendar to plot your daily progress so, at the end of the 30 days, you can see your tangible achievement. You can also track your progress electronically. Just check "Mark Complete" every day and watch the green progress bar move!
- Schedule time. Though the daily practice is flexible, consider deliberately setting aside time in your calendar to make sure your intention is backed up with concrete action on a regular basis. The weekly themes are listed in the Overview tab at the top of this page.
